Katie Stone

Founder, OBM and Lead VA
I’m a proud Mancunian who now lives and works in deepest, darkest South Shropshire with just my family (husband, two furry feral people and a cat), tractors and a load of sheep for company. I began Katie Stone PA in the first lockdown of 2020 and rebranded to Elevated Support Ltd in 2024, and we've been helping education businesses with their boring business admin ever since! My happy place is in ops management systems - whether it's setting up email marketing automations, mapping client journeys or integrating systems. I love a project, me!

Lucy

Ops Manager / OBM
Lucy loves nothing more than getting stuck into new roles and supporting others. Alongside her general VA work, Lucy is also an OBM who specialises in supporting tuition businesses with their onboarding processes for tutors. She's also Katie's OBM at Elevated Support! Lucy is super personable and organised, and her happy place is supporting customers and clients in the day-to-day running of businesses. She is always happy to lend an ear and help manage overwhelm for business owners.

Kate

Tech and Systems
Kate is a former teacher (SLT, SENCo) who has always been a bit of a spreadsheet nerd (which makes her Katie's spirit animal). When she's not being a VA she's spending time with her husband, 2 kids and their giant dog in Nottinghamshire. She offers tech support - managing systems and processes, as well as developing these through automating and integrating across platforms. Kate loves a tech problem!

Rachel

Business Admin
Rachel is OG Yorkshire but now lives in Staffordshire with her husband and her two boys. Before setting up as a VA, she was a Primary teacher and an Initial Teacher Training tutor. She loves variety and turning her hand to different projects like setting up new systems, updating website content, writing newsletters or good old fashioned data entry! She's a communication pro and loves building relationships with clients.
Ali, a team member at Katie Stone PA, Education Business Services

Ali

Business Admin
Ali has gained post-graduate certificates in Autistic Spectrum Disorders and the NASENDCo award - and having two neuro-diverse teenage boys, she is passionate about education, and inclusion. Working as a VA has allowed her to utilise her teaching skills and knowledge, support others in the education sector while still being able to support her family's needs. She's organised, friendly and awesome.

Jen

Business Admin
Jen is a life-long administrator who loves nothing more than untangling knotty admin problems. She's had a long and varied career in university admin doing a range of EA/PA, operations and project roles. She now uses her expertise in HE admin to support education business as a VA. Catch her outside of work and she'll likely want to chat about the books you've been reading lately (she's always after new recommendations), try dragging you out on a muddy dog walk, or be singing along (loudly and badly) to soundtracks from her fave Broadway and West End shows.

Nicola

Tech, AI & Google Workspace
Nicola is an ex-teacher and lover of all things technical. She has 14 years of experience within the education sector and over 20 years of experience within theatre and the arts. She lives in Warwickshire with her wonderful husband, energetic daughter, old lady Springer Spaniel, and newly adopted cat. In her spare time, she performs in musical theatre. Her major weakness is that she is obsessed with notebooks and pretty stationery (not the stationery from the ESPO catalogue!) Nicola offers general VA support, tech support, workflow strategy, instructional design, social media, and is a wiz with Google Workspace.

Rebecca

Business Admin
Rebecca is a former Primary School Teacher, Early Years Practitioner and Childminder. She loves being organised! When Rebecca is not being a VA, she enjoys being with her family on the Cornish coast. Now working as VA, Rebecca is able to utilise her multitasking 'teacher' skills doing the things she enjoys. She offers general administrative duties and can turn her hand to many things including management of social media, proofreading and copywriting. Rebecca is down to earth, hardworking and offers excellent communication for all her clients.

Sarah

Business Admin
Before Sarah became a VA in 2023, she worked in a crazy busy primary school office and as Clerk to the Governing Body. Before that she was an Office Manager and PA for a web services company, setting up websites and directory listings. She’s an organiser, a planner, and a details person; blending creativity in imagery and writing to complement her years of experience in just getting stuff done. Her natural habitat is Canva with a touch of Photoshop plus the MS Office suite, but she can pretty much get stuck in to anything thrown her way. At home she has a family of three neurodivergent children and treats herself with a walk in the countryside, usually listening to a book.
Kerry, a social media manager at Katie Stone PA - education business services

Kerry

Social Media & Creative
Kerry is an ex-assistant headteacher, who is now an experienced and super-creative social media manager. Her happy place is in your Instagram account, making your grid look all pretty, or helping you to build a holistic social media strategy that is goal-focussed (you can take the teacher out of the school...) She lives Oop North with her lovely wife Gemma and beautiful toddler Alife.

Andy

Marketing Content and Admin
Andy is an ex-teacher turned Virtual Assistant, after 14 years teaching Spanish (and a little French). Originally from Belfast, he now lives in Leeds with his partner and their energetic three-year-old. He has an unshakable love of ice cream and a knack for baking dangerously good brownies. He tries to balance this out with walks to the park with his family and occasionally trips to the gym. His bestest tasks are social media and content support, admin help, and he's always teaching himself new tools and software to make life easier.

Helen

Creative Design & Content Creation
Helen's superpower is her imagination and creative problem solving. She's an ex-art teacher turned creative business owner, saving clients from creative overwhelm. She creates visual content for resources and social media, including video / b-roll creation and editing. Helen lives in sunny Gloucestershire with her partner Sean, her horse Tommy, and her dogs Maggie the sausage and Womble the 'we don't know what he is' scruffymctufty breed! She likes crime dramas, cake and daydreaming about having a house with land. Woodlands are her happy place... or the sofa.

Amy

Tech and Business Admin
After 22 years wrangling glue sticks and small humans as a primary school teacher, Amy swapped the classroom for the world of Virtual Assistance. She now channels her expert eye for detail into creating calm, organised systems for busy professionals. As a mum to two energetic boys and a mischievous dog named Marmite, Amy has mastered the art of multitasking and staying calm under pressure - skills she now uses to help clients find order, balance, and breathing space in their busy lives.

Cath

Creative Design & Content Creation
Catherine lives in South Cornwall with her lovely partner, and is definitely a 'jam first' kind of girl (don't argue with her on this). Before becoming a VA in 2024, she spent 15 years in education - predominantly as a Science teacher, Head of Faculty and ECT Mentor in an independent SEMH school -and another 15 years in business administration, including roles in the emergency services. When she's not working, you'll find her immersed in the Cornish coast, and she describes herself as thoughtful and honest (her colleagues would add "brilliant" to that list).

Kathy

Marketing & Business Admin
Kathy originally trained in marketing and graphic design and spent over 15 years working across large and small businesses in central London - including stints in magazine publishing, corporate, and the not-for-profit sector. She then retrained as a Primary School teacher when her son was young. Now she brings the lot together as a VA, offering general admin support alongside marketing expertise including websites, newsletters and sales funnels. She's confident across a HUGE number of platforms — Trello, Asana, Canva, Mailchimp, Mailerlite, Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, Kajabi, and more - so whatever your tech stack looks like, chances are she's already used it.

Hire her immediately. No, I don't mean "at some point" or "shop around for cheaper alternatives". I mean hire. her. now. You won't regret it.

Our Values

Our UK-based virtual assistant team use the following values in all our work:

⭐ Respect
⭐ Honesty
⭐ Kindness
⭐ Integrity
⭐ Professionalism
⭐ Reliability

A star shaped award showing that Katie and her team won the VA of the Year with a Small Team award
  • Our first and best rule of thumb is respect. That means communicating honestly, striving to do our best for your business and making sure that we do what we say we’ll do.
  • We will only ever accept work which we feel can be completed by our team to the highest of standards.  If you receive some work that you don’t feel is up to scratch, we’ll find out what went wrong, make it right, and ensure that we’ve learned from the experience so we do it better next time!
  • We will treat your business with the same level of importance that we would like our businesses to be treated.
  • We will treat your data, information and anything else you share with us with the greatest of respect and privacy.  We will never keep hold of your data for longer than is needed.
  • If you give us work that requires a specific turnaround time, we will be honest about if it is achievable and keep you up to date on how it’s going. Nobody likes a last minute message saying something isn’t going to be ready on time.
  • If we say we'll do something, we'll do it.  If life gets in the way (as it inevitably sometimes does), we'll make sure you know in good time so that we can come up with an alternative, like passing it on to another team member.
  • Any working relationship should begin with clarity.  Before we decide to work together we will have a chat (whether via phone, Zoom or over email) where we will each make sure we understand our expectations of the other.  When we are both happy with those expectations, we'll sign a contract to seal the deal!
  • Katie is a proud member of the Society of Virtual Assistants, which means she has agreed to a Code of Conduct which makes sure that her work, the work of her team, and the services provided are of the very highest standard.
  • Katie Stone PA is professionally insured through Policy Bee, and is registered with the ICO.  Your business is important to us, and I want it to be protected.
