You didn't start your education business to spend evenings answering emails.

Dedicated VA support from a team of ex-educators who get your sector, your systems, and your slightly chaotic to-do list.

One VA who becomes your person. A team of 14 behind them. All former teachers. All still slightly obsessed with education.

Admin Support 1

You didn't start your education business to spend evenings answering emails.

One VA who becomes your person. A team behind them. All former teachers. All still slightly obsessed with education.

You used to have a handle on everything. Inbox under control, enquiries answered the same day, every client getting your best.

But your business grew. And the admin didn't just grow with it. It multiplied.

Hi Education Business Owner

You used to have a handle on everything. Inbox under control, enquiries answered the same day, every client getting your best.

But your business grew. And the admin didn't just grow with it. It multiplied.

Now there's a parent sitting in your Facebook messages that you meant to reply to three days ago. There's a stack of onboarding paperwork for new tutors that you haven't started. Your social media has gone quiet because you can't find the time. And your to-do list has a whole section of things that have been there so long they're no longer to-do items so much as they are decoration.

You're working evenings to stay on top of things. But...you're not on top of things. You're just paddling fast enough to stop them getting worse.

And the worst bit is that you know your business doesn't look as good from the outside as it used to. The response times are slower. The details are slipping. The business, and you, are starting to feel like you're fraying at the edges.

You don't need someone to tell you that you need help. You already know that. What you need is the right help, from people who actually understand what you do.

(P.S. That's us.)

Katie Stone PA, Education Business Services

That's where we come in

We're Elevated Support, and we provide dedicated VA support exclusively for education businesses. Tutoring agencies, solo tutors, education consultancies, CPD providers, alternative provisions.

If you work in education, we work with you.

You'll be matched with one lead VA who becomes your person. They'll learn how your business works, how you like things done, and what keeps you up at night. But behind them is a team, all people with lived skin in the education game, and each with different strengths. So if your lead VA is brilliant at inbox management but your website needs updating, there's someone on the team who can help with that too.

We're generalists, and we mean that as a compliment. Teachers are used to being asked to do more or less anything - and to an awesome standard. Katie, the founder was handed the PE coordinator role on her first day as an NQT when she hadn't so much run for a bus in years. She learned the rules of netball and set up an inter-school tournament. That's just how teachers do things.

We roll up our sleeves, learn fast, and get it done.

The kind of things we take off your plate:

  • Inbox management and triage.
  • Social media content and scheduling.
  • CRM and systems maintenance.
  • Client onboarding admin.
  • Resource management.
  • Newsletter creation.
  • Website updates.
  • And the stuff that's been on your to-do list so long you've stopped seeing it.

I'm Katie (the founder) and we are the Elevated Support team

A group of ten people sit around a café table with drinks and desserts, smiling at the camera in a casual, brightly lit setting.

Every single one of us has worked in education. Teachers, teaching assistants, university administrators, school business managers. We've lived the school year cycle, navigated the acronyms, and survived more than a few Ofsted inspections between us. We chose to leave our education roles, but we didn't leave education.

I started Elevated Support because I saw education business owners pouring everything into brilliant work and then drowning in the admin that comes with it. I knew I could help, because I'd lived it myself. And as the business grew, I built a team of people who felt exactly the same way.

Between us we've got postgraduate qualifications, years of experience across the education sector, and an award-winning track record. More importantly, we've got a team people who understand what an EHCP is, why September is chaos, and what safeguarding actually means in practice.

You won't need to explain your world to us. We already live in it.

Here are some examples...

The solo tutor with a side hustle 10 hours a month.

She runs a successful tutoring business, but she's also built a tutor mentoring programme in GoHighLevel. We handle her social media content, write and send her email newsletters, set up memberships and resources in her platform, and troubleshoot the tech when it throws a wobbly. She does the teaching and the mentoring. We do everything around it.

The consultant with a reputation to protect Ad hoc hours.

High net worth clients, consultancy work abroad, and an inbox that needs to sound as polished as they are. We provide traditional PA support: responding to messages quickly and professionally, managing travel and accommodation, and maintaining a large database of schools and contacts that we helped build from scratch.

The small charity keeping it simple Ad hoc hours.

They produce reading resources for early years and need their email marketing to go out like clockwork. We onboarded them into new email marketing software, set up all the automations, and now we send their twice-weekly emails, keep the list clean, and make sure everything looks beautiful. Straightforward, reliable, done.

The large tutoring agency with all the cogs 40+ hours a month.

Twenty or thirty tutors, local authority contracts, alternative provision work. We handle tutor onboarding, inquiry management, inbox triage, session rearrangements, parent updates, customer support, database maintenance, and everything in between. When you've got that many moving parts, you need people who can keep them all turning.

Katie's flexibility and adaptability makes her invaluable to a small business with a variety of support needs and her background in education adds an edge that has been super useful for us!

Kathryn Leslie, Teaching Talking

Here's how it works:

1. Book a discovery call It's 20-30 minutes, it's free, and it's just a chat. Tell Katie what's going on in your business, what's causing you pain, and what you wish you had help with. If she doesn't think we're the right fit, she'll tell you, and point you somewhere that might be. If she does think we can help, we'll talk about which team member we'd match you with and how much it might cost.

2. Meet your VA Before you commit to anything, you'll have a quick 10-minute chemistry call with the VA Katie will have discussed with you and who she thinks is your best match. This isn't a repeat of the discovery call. It's a vibe check. You're going to be building a relationship with this person, so you need to know it's going to work. If it doesn't feel right, we'll revisit and try again.

3. We send you a proposal Once you're happy with the match, Katie will send a written proposal covering what we discussed, who you'll be working with, and the price. Once you've agreed, we crack on, simple as that.

4. Onboarding call An hour together to get set up with your new VA. You'll agree on goals for your first month and your first three months, sort them out with access to the systems they'll need (and get them past all that pesky 2FA), and build what we call a s**t list: a running list of background jobs we can crack on with whenever you're too busy to brief us on something new. That way there's always something useful for us to be doing.

5. The first month You'll probably feel like it would have been quicker to do it yourself. That's normal. We ask a lot of questions in the first few weeks because we want to learn how your business works, how you like things done, and what your particular quirks are. We ask once, we learn fast, and we don't tend to make the same mistake twice.

6. Month three and beyond By now, your VA knows your business inside out. The questions have slowed to a trickle. You're handing things off without writing an essay of instructions. And you're starting to wonder how you ever managed without us. (That's what they all say. We're not even embarrassed about it anymore.)

Ready to get some of your time back?

Book a free 30-minute discovery call and we'll have a chat about what's going on in your business, what support you need, and whether we're the right team to help.

Let's have a cuppa and a chat!

Are we right for you?

This is for you if...

✅ You run an education business and you're drowning in admin that you used to stay on top of.

✅ You're turning over enough that investing in support is a sensible business decision, not a stretch.

✅ You're ready to hand over the doing, but you want to keep hold of the strategy and the decisions.

✅ You understand that a good working relationship takes a bit of time to build, and you're willing to put in the groundwork in the first few weeks.

✅ You want a partner in your business, not just a pair of hands.

✅ You're happy working with a freelance team who set their own hours and manage their own workload, just like you do in your business.

This probably isn't for you if...

❌ You need someone available on demand throughout the day. We're not employees and we don't work to a fixed schedule. We always do our best to work with what you need, though - we are very flexible!

❌ You're looking for someone to build your strategy, make decisions on your behalf, or manage your team. That's OBM territory, and we offer that too.

❌ You're not in the education sector. (Actually - we do work with select non-education businesses when they are very special and the vibe is right!)
